Lovely hotel, little too far from centre
Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff
Hard to tell on a map, but too far from centre of paris if that is why you're booking it. Local area quite run down. 10 minute walk to train station, then 30 mins on train depending on where you are going.

Standard Ibis hotel
The hotel is a very standard Ibis hotel, what is good because you know what to expect. The recepcionist was really helpful and could arrange the room a little bit earlier. The place of the hotel was convenient since I had a meeting in Citè Universitaire.
The public transportation is not close to the hotel. You have to walk more than 10 minutes, passing in an avenue with heavy traffic. I got an Uber and the street is not so convenient to stop car like Uber, but it worked.

It is typical Ibis hotel with no bad surprises. I felt comfortable
There is no internet connection of the TV. I am sure Netflix access with our own accounts is not an additional cost for you. And you could add one bottle of water.
